What are the qualifications for renting at the 1904 Group ??We require a credit score of 650 or above, and that you show proof of income.

What utilities are covered and which am I responsible for ?At each building, water, trash, sewage, and yard are covered. As a tenant, you are responsible for electricity, cable/internet, and gas.

What amenities are available at my building ?Amenities will vary from building to building. If there is a specific property or unit you are interested in, and would like more information, do not hesitate to reach out to us at leasing@1904group.com

Are your buildings pet friendly and what are the fees associated with bringing pets ?Yes we are pet friendly! We only ask for a one time non-refundable pet deposit of $300, we do not charge pet rent.
